Job Title: Project Coordinator/Executive

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: BE- IC/EC/EE

Servilink Systems Limited is hiring Project Executive/Coordinator Process Automation to manage end-to-end execution of automation projects. The role involves project planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, risk management, and successful project handover while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ake full responsibility for assigned projects including scope management, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and handover
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation plans
  • Prepare project schedules, budgets, and monitor milestones and costs
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize non-conformance costs
  • Coordinate resource allocation and manage internal & external stakeholders
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, vendors, and contractors
  • Provide timely project status reports to management and customers
  • Support technical discussions and solution finalization along with Sales / Key Account Managers
  • Ensure successful project closure and customer satisfaction

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, and Process Automation systems
  • Ability to handle complex automation projects independently

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong planning, organizing, and scheduling skills
  • Project coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
