Role Summary:

We are seeking creative and proactive Social Media Management Interns to support our digital presence. As an intern, you'll manage day-to-day social media operations for the "Influence India 2025" campaign and India-wide initiatives, working closely with our marketing team to amplify our B2B brand voice globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Create engaging captions, reels, stories, and posts that highlight our ethical sourcing and premium products.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and build community engagement for the "Influence India 2025" campaign.
  • Track performance metrics using native analytics and suggest real-time optimizations.
  • Assist in planning and executing social media calendars aligned with campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Research trending hashtags, formats, and competitor strategies in the beauty B2B space.

What We're Looking For:

  • Candidates currently in their final year of college or graduated within the past few months (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields).
  • Active personal or professional social media presence with understanding of content trends.
  • Passion for beauty, sustainability, and creative campaigns, with interest in global and India-wide trends.
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Mandatory:
    Must have your own computer or laptop and smartphone for content creation.
  • No prior professional experience required—just energy, creativity, and a drive to make an impact
