  • Technical support for networking such as: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, wireless and security. 
  • Configure and deploy network routers, switches, and related devices based on design specifications and organization's guidelines.
  • Configure and optimize network switching technologies, such as VLANs, spanning tree protocols (STP/RSTP/MSTP), and link aggregation.
  • Utilize network monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to identify and resolve network incidents in a timely manner. Create and maintain accurate network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and operational procedures.
  • Evaluate and implement routing and switching-related changes, including router and switch configurations, firmware upgrades, and network topology modifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex network issues.
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SolarWinds).

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of DC Spine and Leaf architecture on platform like Cisco ACI, Arista IP Fabric, Arista CVP. Exposure of GCP, AWS Cloud Network Infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Traffic Engineering, Spanning tree (RSTP & MST), VPC, MLAG, PBR etc.
  • Familiarity with network security principles and integration of security controls into the network infrastructure. Creation of scripts to achieve automation tasks.
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SNMP, and NetFlow.
