Job Title: Senior Engineering Lead

As a Senior Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of our data engineering team. Your expertise in designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals.
We are looking for an experienced engineer who can lead by example and mentor junior team members. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality code and a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure that code is maintainable, efficient, and meets our quality standards.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers to help them grow and develop their skills.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
Requirements:
  • Data Engineering: 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
  • Programming Languages: Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Python, with experience in Golang and SQL.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
