₹20,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 a year This is a high-impact, cross-functional position where you will work closely with the leadership team—particularly the CEO—on strategic planning, financial analysis, and operational execution. You will help shape the organization's growth trajectory, influence critical business decisions, and serve as a key link between executive leadership, investors, analysts, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Strategic Initiatives & Operations Lead and support strategic projects and core operational initiatives across functions, collaborating directly with the CEO to drive business priorities and outcomes. Financial Modeling & Insights Build financial models, perform deep-dive analytical assessments, and generate insights that guide strategic and operational decisions. Investor Relations & Reporting Prepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and board-level presentations, while managing communication and responses to investor and analyst inquiries. Performance Tracking & Review Monitor key business metrics, run monthly and quarterly reviews, and evaluate performance trends to highlight opportunities for growth and optimization. Research & Strategy Support Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to support strategic planning and long-term vision. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ years of experience in strategy, finance, consulting, FP&A, business operations, or similar analytical roles. Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in financial modeling and data-driven problem-solving. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with senior leadership and investors. High ownership mindset, execution-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity.
