Job Type: Full-Time

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Degree in B.Des / Garment Technology.

· 5-10 years of experience in apparel production, with strong preference for ethnic wear expertise.

· Demonstrated ability to manage large production teams and multiple manufacturing units.

· Deep understanding of design aesthetics, technical construction, and ethnic wear craftsmanship.

· Strong command over size charts, grading, fits, and pattern-making principles.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Track record of delivering high-quality products within strict timelines and budgets.
