About Us
Confianza Structures is a structural detailing company specializing in high-quality rebar detailing and shop drawings for global construction projects. We are currently expanding our engineering team in Trivandrum.
Job Responsibilities
- Assign tasks and supervise the rebar detailing team to ensure quality and timely output.
- Review reinforcement shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per Middle East project standards.
- Verify drawings to ensure compliance with design intent, codes, and project specifications.
- Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements and resolve detailing issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time submission of drawings and documentation.
- Guide junior detailers and maintain quality standards across project deliverables.
Requirements
- BE/BTech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong checking experience may also apply).
- 1-3 years of experience as a Rebar QC/Checking Engineer.
- Middle East project experience is a privilege.
- Strong knowledge of rebar detailing codes, standards, and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ZW CAD, CADS RC, RebarCAD, etc.
- Strong communication skills in English.
