At BlueBriX, we don't sugarcoat things. We build serious products, and we need someone who can test them seriously. If you've got 1–2 years of real testing experience and you actually care about quality, not just ticking boxes, then read on.

What You'll Be Doing (Straight Up):

  • Test our software like it's your job — because it is.
  • Write clean, clear test cases and execute them with zero drama.
  • Log bugs properly. Not "it's not working"— we mean real, reproducible reports (yes, we use JIRA).
  • Work with devs, designers, and product folks without ego or excuses.
  • Spot issues early, think critically, and keep our releases from blowing up.
  • Adapt to our agile environment — if you've lived in sprints before, great. If not, learn fast.

What You Need to Bring:

  • 2 years of hands-on manual testing experience (if you also know Automation, even better).
  • A solid understanding of modern testing methods and actual best practices.
  • Sharp attention to detail — the kind where you notice things before anyone else does.
  • Clear communication. If you can't explain a problem, it's as good as not finding it.
  • A team-first attitude. Lone wolves and drama specialists need not apply.
  • Bonus: You've worked in agile and didn't complain about daily standups.

This is an onsite role at Kochi, Kerala – because serious work deserves serious collaboration.
