About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Engineer to join our team with at least 1 year of experience . In this role, you will ensure the quality and stability of our products through manual and automated testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify issues early, improve processes, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
  • Conduct manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory, usability).
  • Build and maintain automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar.
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify, document, and track bugs using a defect management system (e.g., Jira).
  • Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and clarity.
  • Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and verify bug fixes.
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint ceremonies.
  • Ensure product quality, security, and performance standards are met.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer, Software Tester, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
  • Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Strong understanding of debugging tools and log analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience testing microservices and distributed systems.
  • Exposure to security testing concepts.
