Junior Recruitment Executive in Navi Mumbai, Vashi

Key Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for various roles using job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Candidate screening: Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Hiring manager collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Interview coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
• Applicant tracking system (ATS) Management: Maintaining candidate records, managing applications, and ensuring an organized database throughout the hiring process.
• Offer management: Communicating job offers to selected candidates and managing the negotiation process.
• Onboarding support: Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Reporting and strategy: Tracking hiring metrics, analyzing recruitment effectiveness, and providing reports to improve recruitment strategies.
