  • Manage and update client data, follow-ups, and booking details in the CRM system
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional services (insurance, upgrades, etc.).
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
  • Attend travel fairs, training sessions, and team meetings when required.
