As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented Document Writer to join our team and help us create professional, accurate, and compelling documents that reflect the Adissia brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and edit business documents, including project proposals, agreements, policies, marketing content, and client communications.
- Prepare clear and well-structured documentation for real estate projects (brochures, project reports, RERA documentation, etc.).
- Collaborate with departments (Sales, HR, Legal, Operations, Marketing) to gather information and prepare accurate content.
- Proofread and fact-check all documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
- Maintain document templates, version control, and organized records.
- Meet deadlines while managing multiple document requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Document Writer, Content Writer, or similar role (Real Estate experience is a plus).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to write in a clear, concise, and professional tone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of real estate documentation, RERA compliance, and project-related paperwork.
- Familiarity with business writing for contracts, policies, and proposals.
- Ability to adapt writing style for internal and external stakeholders.
