Job Summary :
  • Calculation of Power demand as per industrial benchmarking

  • Experience in preparation of Basis of design, design report for the projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of power equipment such as switchgear, protective relays, breakers, transformers, motors, and generators is required.
  • Preliminary concept layout and design capability before detailed design engineering.
  • Assisting in conducting fieldwork and at times taking the lead in this effort.
  • Attending design meetings with the client and issuing minutes when the project manager cannot attend or accompany the project manager to meetings.
  • Organising and directing frequent in-house meetings under the direction of the project manager.
  • Providing input to the project manager in regard to scheduling personnel.
  • Working with the project manager/MEP in charge of the preparation of detailed personnel loading by task interfaced with the detailed schedule.
  • Assisting in the preparation of storyboards and detailed project timelines.
  • Assisting in the coordination of all the disciplines involved - interface with LV/HV, all other services (civil, mechanical, and plumbing).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Sound knowledge of software like Amtech, Lighting Reality, Dialux/Relux, Furse, CDEGS software
  • Familiar with 3D BIM environment
  • Good knowledge of BS standards and International standards.
  • As per ISO 9001 quality standards carry out the quality work and maintain the documents.
  • Experience in Detail Design / Infrastructure Projects
Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience
  • The consultancy experience will be a desirable requirement.
  • Pharma/R&D lab experience will be an added advantage.
