The position

As a System Manager for BMS (Building Management Systems) GxP Critical IT Systems, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure stable operation and compliance of GxP critical IT systems. Drive projects related to the implementation and lifecycle management of BMS systems.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert within BMS Technology in GBS. Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership with a high level of engagement. Participate actively in system management forums and project management activities.
• Provide technical expertise and support for system audits and compliance management. Lead BMS change management and incident support. Own BMS operational support documentation and review process to ensure compliance.
• Conduct yearly System Management activities. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to enhance team spirit and knowledge sharing. Be responsible for BMS Incident management support and process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Masters degree or bachelors degree or similar graduate degree in relevant fields (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration) and relevant business experience.
• Overall 8 years of IT experience. 4 years of experience with IT Systems management in a large and matrix organization. Experience with GxP systems is good to have.
• Experience in handling/managing end-to-end systems/applications, incident, problem, change expertise, and participating in audits (internal and external) is highly preferred.
• Experienced in ITIL and SNOW.
• Strong understanding of IT system architecture and business processes.
• Proactive and ownership mindset with a high level of engagement.
• Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach and share knowledge with the team.
• Active participation in system management forums and IT best practices.

The Digital, Data & IT India team is a group of 900 highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. Our department is responsible for managing IT, including System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, and Vendor Management. We are an integral part of the DD&IT and support, operate, and further develop the portfolio of IT Systems used across departments in Novo Nordisk. With a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, we foster collaboration and knowledge sharing to drive innovation and deliver world-class IT solutions.
