  • Adopting best engineering practices, system and procedures in the maintenance and upkeep of the plant
  • Person responsable for maintenance of all electrical Equipment like HT/LT electrical network breakers, T/F, PCC/MCC panels, & VFDs including all communication system & Generators
  • Responsible for the plant performance, energy management & conservation, availability, Relaibility, etc. and implement trend & track tool for monitor maintenance parameters,
  • Responsable for préventive/prédictive of all electrical equipment including Annual shutdown maintenance
  • Person should familier with all electrical Acts/hazardous/safety rules and liaising Works with Govt.Electrical Authorities
  • Meeting operational goals with strategic planning& review, and preparing action plans
  • Taking responsibilities and commit to accountability for meeting all objectives
  • Identifying trends, rectifying problems and determining appropriate system improvements and solutions
  • Supports engineering needs by responding to all service requests for other inter departments problems
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable rules and regulations and advises to higher authorities
  • Supports financial objectives by forecasting, preparing Electrical Budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and taking corrective actions
  • Ensure implementation of health, safety and environment polices and procedures, & other continous improvement plans.
  • Capacity to plan and maintain the activities with integration of all other required disciplines and functions

  • Budget development experience, including fiscal analysis and forecasting
  • Equipment maintenance

  • Strong conceptual skills
  • inventory control and procurement
  • Facilities management systems experience
  • Software expertise in MS office skills. Autocad & ETAP
  • Effective interpersonnel and written communication skills
Qualifications/Experience required
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 15-20 years of experience in manufacturing based industry with sufficient exposure to Health & Safety, Environment & Quality standards practices.
