Electrical Maintenance Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead our electrical maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

  • Plan, schedule, and implement maintenance activities to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct regular condition monitoring of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure timely replacement of worn-out or damaged components.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for electrical maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate maintenance activities with production schedules.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team of maintenance personnel.
