Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Head based in Ghaziabad. The Production Head will oversee and manage the end-to-end production processes, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality forging components. Responsibilities include production planning, managing operations, monitoring production performance, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to budgets. The role also involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and achieving production targets in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient and streamlined manufacturing workflows
  • Strong Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day activities and maintain productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead Team Management initiatives, fostering collaboration and professional growth
  • Experience in Budgeting and optimizing production costs and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within the forging industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
