– Patent Associate (Fresher)

Position:
Patent Associate – Fresher (Technical Patents Drafting & Publication)

Experience:
0–1 years

Location:
Remote

Key Responsibilities

1.Assist in drafting technical patent applications under the guidance of senior patent professionals.

2.Conduct prior art searches and basic patentability assessments.

3.Support in preparing documentation for patent filing and publication processes.

4.Learn and adhere to national and international patent office guidelines (USPTO, EPO, WIPO, IPO, etc.).

5.Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to understand technical innovations.

6.Maintain accurate records of drafting, filing, and publication activities.

Skills & Qualifications

1.Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, or related technical domain.

2.Strong academic understanding of intellectual property rights (IPR) and patent law concepts.

3.Excellent technical writing and analytical skills.

4.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.

5.Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
