We are hiring a Legal Associate in Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Legal Associate

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities

  • Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on legal precedents, statutes, and regulations to support legal proceedings and internal advisory.

  • Document Drafting: Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, motions, and other legal correspondence.

  • Case Management: Maintain accurate and organized client files, ensuring thorough documentation and timely updates.

  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to provide regular updates on legal matters and respond to queries effectively.

  • Trial Preparation: Assist in gathering and organizing evidence, coordinating witness preparation, and compiling case materials for hearings.

  • Legal Advice: Support the legal team by offering preliminary legal opinions and advice under the supervision of senior attorneys.

  • Litigation Strategy: Contribute to litigation planning and assist with the execution of courtroom procedures.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal standards, real estate regulations, and company policies.

  • Team Supervision: Oversee and guide the work of paralegals or legal assistants when required.

  • Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contract terms, settlements, and other legal agreements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in the real estate sector.

  • Proficiency in Notary and Banakhat documentation.

  • Gujarati typing skills required.

  • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.

  • Sound knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance in real estate.
