Role Description

The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting Royale Touche's premium products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, engaging with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and executing marketing strategies to reach target audiences. Additionally, the individual will train and educate clients about product benefits and maintain long-term partnerships. This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
  • Proficiency in Sales & Marketing techniques to drive campaigns and achieve targets
  • Capability to conduct effective Training sessions for clients or team members
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Knowledge of luxury or high-end products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
