Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of video editors, animators, and motion designers.
  • Oversee the entire video production process — concept development, storyboarding, editing, and post-production.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and design teams to develop engaging video content for digital platforms (social media, ads, reels, YouTube, campaigns, etc.).
  • Review and provide creative direction, feedback, and quality control on all video deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on the latest video trends, editing tools, and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video content.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Support client presentations and pitches with compelling video samples or mockups.

Requirement

  • 3–5 years of experience in video editing and production within an advertising or creative agency.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
    , and other editing tools.
  • Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Strong creative vision with an eye for detail, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects efficiently.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse video work (social, digital, and campaign-based).
