About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphics Designer with 6-7 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring ideas to life through visually captivating animations, motion graphics, and video compositions that enhance our brand and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for videos, digital ads, presentations, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with the creative, design, and content teams to develop storyboards and visual concepts.
  • Edit videos and incorporate graphics, effects, transitions, and sound to deliver polished final outputs.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in motion design, animation tools, and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics or animation design.
  • Should have a good hand on PPT Designing
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a strong plus.
  • Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sound design and video editing.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX motion graphics and micro-interactions.
  • Basic scripting knowledge in After Effects (expressions). Compensation Industry standard, based on experience and skillset.
