Profile: HR IT Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months At least With IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job descriptions across hiring platforms (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Campus groups).
  • Shortlist and screen candidates through calls, resumes, and assessments.
  • Schedule interviews with technical teams and follow up until closure.
  • Manage walk-in interviews, campus drives, and bulk hiring for training batches.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and candidate databases.
  • Prepare reports on daily inquiries, interviews conducted, and hiring performance.
  • Ensure proper documentation for batch enrollment and placement records.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of IT roles and basic technical understanding
  • Good convincing skills for candidate conversions
  • Experience in recruitment, telecalling, or counselling
  • Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹11, ₹28,000.00 per month
