Job Summary

We are looking for a
Technical HR Executive
who can combine people skills with technical understanding to help us build strong, skilled teams.

You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding technical and non-technical professionals who align with our company's mission and values.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Identify, source, and engage top talent through multiple hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical capabilities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for future hiring needs.
  • Plan and execute employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
  • Manage onboarding processes and assist with employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate documentation.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Good understanding of IT and software-related roles and terminology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hands-on experience with hiring portals and social media recruitment.

Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/ATS (preferred).

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


Education & Experience

  • No Degree Required — Only Skills Matter
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are also encouraged to apply.
