We are looking for a female Telecaller cum Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions, maintain records, and assist the sales/support team with smooth communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain a record of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, or pending tasks.
  • Support the team in basic administrative or coordination work.
  • Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
  • Report daily call status and feedback to the reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • Gender: Female candidate preferred.
  • Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
  • Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can also apply).
  • Skills:
  • Good verbal communication (English, Hindi preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Punctual and well-organized
