**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads generated via campaigns or databases.
- Clearly explain our IT and digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Follow-up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales or technical team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets and contribute to team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and [local language].
- Confident, persuasive, and a good listener.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and IT services (training will be provided).
- Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
