**Job Title**: Telecaller - Lead Generation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential for conversion.
- Maintain a detailed database of leads, call activity, and follow-up status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Track and report on call outcomes and provide feedback for process improvement.
- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and provide additional information as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate our value proposition.

**Requirements**:

- roven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
