Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
SAP Basis Trainer
who is passionate about teaching and capable of delivering high-impact training sessions to students and corporate professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration along with proven training expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver classroom, online, and corporate training on
    SAP Basis Administration
    .
  • Design and update course content, labs, and real-time project scenarios.
  • Train participants on:
  • SAP System Architecture
  • Installation & Configuration
  • User & Transport Management
  • System Monitoring & Performance Tuning
  • Client Administration
  • Kernel Upgrades & Patches
  • Backup, Restore & Disaster Recovery
  • SAP HANA Administration (preferred)
  • Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and certification guidance.
  • Provide post-training support and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Customize training modules as per client requirements.
  • Stay updated with latest SAP versions and industry practices.
  • Maintain training reports, attendance, and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in
    SAP Basis Administration
    .
  • Expertise in:
  • SAP S4 HANA
  • SAP HANA DB
  • Linux/Unix & Windows OS
  • Transport Management System (TMS)
  • Solution Manager (preferred)
  • Knowledge of:
  • High Availability (HA) & Disaster Recovery (DR)
  • System Refresh, Client Copy, and System Migration
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • SAP Certification in Basis is a strong plus.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
