General Manager
to lead our team, manage operations, and ensure smooth and successful functioning of our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth customer service and sales processes.
• Lead, train, and motivate the showroom staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.
• Supervise inventory management, product display, and stock control.
• Manage billing, sales reports, and financial records in coordination with the accounts team.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and service quality.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve queries promptly.
• Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional activities, and events to boost revenue.
• Maintain showroom ambiance, hygiene, and compliance with brand standards.
• Coordinate with management for performance reports and business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/showroom management (Jewellery industry experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer handling and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
