Roles and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage Leaders in the assigned location.
  • Train and motivate Leaders to improve product knowledge and market understanding.
  • Support Leaders to achieve maximum business targets.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Execute sales strategies to expand market reach and penetration.
  • Identify and acquire new customers to boost overall business.
  • Recruit and guide Insurance Advisers through motivation, lead generation, and performance feedback.
