Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers to meet project requirements and budget constraints
  • Support the preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and keep abreast of industry trends
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and inventory levels

Preferred candidate profile
