Product Designer

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract – 6 months (possibility of extension)
Experience Required: 5–7 years in product design with consumer product expertise

We are hiring a Product Designer to craft mobile-first consumer experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and impactful. This role requires both creative craft and system-level thinking, as you'll design journeys used by thousands of end users daily. You'll take ownership of product design from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure usability, accessibility, and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design for B2C mobile and web applications, ensuring user journeys are seamless and engaging.

  • Translate user research and product requirements into clear, compelling design solutions.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI assets for mobile-first experiences.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align on goals and execution.

  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.

  • Conduct usability testing with real users to validate and iterate on designs.

  • Stay updated on mobile design trends and apply best practices for consumer apps.

  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all features and platforms.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on consumer-facing and mobile-first projects.

  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual excellence.

  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with an eye for detail and polish.

  • Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, motion, and micro-interactions.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

  • Clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
