Lead Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Lead Salesforce Developer with expertise in Sales Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, developing, and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud applications. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and optimizing performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM solutions. You will also be involved in establishing best practices, providing user training, and staying updated with the latest features of Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: - Gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders. - Designing, developing, and maintaining customizations in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - Integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with external systems. - Optimizing performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM solutions. - Conducting user training and providing technical support for successful adoption. - Establishing best practices for configuration, design, and development in Salesforce. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of ten years of experience in designing and implementing Enterprise-grade solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud. - In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud functionality and experience in the Sales domain. - Proficiency in Salesforce security, user management, data modeling, and Apex programming. - Strong experience with Lightning, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce, and other Salesforce tools. - Familiarity with integration patterns and excellent communication skills. Additional Company Details: Desired qualifications include PD I certification, Sales Cloud Consultant Certification, experience with Einstein AI tools, Continuous Integration, automated testing strategies, and Account Engagement (Pardot). Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Kanban methodology, and AccelQ would be beneficial for this role.,
