Salesforce Lead Developer

Job Description You will be responsible for leading a small Salesforce development squad, reporting to the Technical Lead and overseeing 2–3 developers. Your core responsibilities include performing code peer reviews, improving development practices, and ensuring scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions. You will build standard and custom components using Apex, LWC, and Flows, making design choices that align with enterprise patterns. Working closely with Tech Leads, you will contribute to authoring Technical Design Documents and ensuring compliance with design standards. Your role also involves refining user stories, proposing enhancements to development workflows, and mentoring junior team members. The role requires strong hands -on technical expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and large -scale integrations, and a focus on maintainable and compliant architecture, contributing to the delivery of solutions with impact across financial services functions. Responsibilities Lead a small Salesforce development squad of 2–3 developers, ensuring high -quality code delivery and mentoring team members while reporting to the overall Technical Lead. Conduct regular peer reviews to identify issues and suggest improvements in code structure, efficiency, and compliance with platform best practices. Design and implement scalable features using Salesforce Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, applying enterprise -grade design patterns. Translate refined technical user stories into implementable solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs. Collaborate with Tech Leads to co -author Technical Design Documents and guide architecture decisions. Propose enhancements to the development workflow, contribute to overall platform performance tuning, and support cross -functional teams in integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and standard protocols.
