About the Role:

We're looking for an energetic and persuasive Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients — handling cold calls, responding to new leads, and building long-term relationships with existing clients.

You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, sharing information about our products and services, and ensuring a smooth process from lead generation to order execution — all from our office.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing, or Commerce preferred).
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    0–1 year
    of experience in
    inside sales, telecalling, or client relationship management
    .
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication
    skills in English and Hindi.
  • Confident and comfortable in
    making cold calls
    and handling client queries.
  • Good understanding of
    sales and client servicing processes
    .
  • Proficient in
    MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    ; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong
    organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
    .
  • Self-motivated, positive, and target-driven
    personality.
