Creative Design:

Develop and execute visually stunning and on-brand creative concepts for a wide range of marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, digital ads, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.

Design and maintain a consistent visual identity, including logos, typography, color palettes, and other brand assets.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and create designs that meet strategic goals.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve designs.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Video / Reel Creation & Editing:

Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging video content, with a strong focus on creating short-form videos and reels for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Edit and manipulate raw video footage to create polished, high-quality, and cohesive videos.

Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, music, and sound effects to enhance video storytelling and visual appeal.

Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and is optimized for different platforms and their specific requirements.

Stay informed about trending reel formats and audio to create timely and relevant content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor/multimedia specialist, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a blend of graphic design and video work.

Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including:

Graphic Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

Video Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects (for motion graphics and animation).

Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Video Skills: Strong knowledge of video editing techniques, visual storytelling, and motion graphics.

Creativity: Exceptional creativity and the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling designs and videos.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
