About Big Payrolls:

Big Payrolls Solution Private Limited specializes in HR Training, Recruitment Solutions, and Payroll Consulting, providing practical, industry-driven expertise. We offer a broad range of training from fresher-level HR courses to advanced modules in payroll, compliance, HR analytics, and recruitment. Our services cater to diverse sectors including E-commerce, Automobile, FMCG, IT, and Service Industries. Our mission is to bridge the skill gap between academic knowledge and corporate expectations.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is enthusiastic, energetic, and eager

to learn. The intern will support the sales & marketing team in identifying new business

opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth initiatives for Big Payrolls.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential clients in the interior design, construction, and real

estate sectors.

Assist in lead generation through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and client pitches.

Maintain client database and ensure regular follow-ups.

Coordinate with the design & operations team for client requirements.

Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and event

participation.

Provide market insights and competitor analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

Pursuing MBA / BBA / Marketing / Business / Interior-related studies.

Strong communication & presentation skills.

Passion for sales, marketing, and client interaction.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing is a plus.

Creative, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
