About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support our HR department's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of employee data.
- Handle employee queries and provide necessary HR support.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and HR-related documentation.
- Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Support HR audits, performance management, and appraisal processes.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (like Excel, HRMS, etc.).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualities:
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and people management skills.
Salary Range:
As per industry standards / Based on experience
