We're Hiring: Visiting Speech Therapist at The Fortitude Academy
At The Fortitude Academy (TFA), we are dedicated to empowering children through specialized therapies, life skills, and holistic development. Our multidisciplinary team designs individualized and functional programs that nurture every child's communication, confidence, and growth — all within a compassionate and engaging environment.
We are looking for an excellent and up-to-date Speech Therapist to join us on a visiting/consultant basis — conducting sessions at our centre on scheduled days (non–full-time role).
Requirements:
RCI Registration – mandatory
BASLP or MASLP from a recognized university
Freshers are welcome, provided they have undergone diverse internships and hands-on clinical trainings
Strong foundation in speech clarity, articulation, language development, and functional communication
Additional certifications or training in areas such as swallow therapy, oro-motor therapy, AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication), or feeding therapy will be an added advantage
Ability to collaborate effectively with psychologists, occupational therapists, educators, and behavior therapists
Availability to visit The Fortitude Academy on pre-scheduled therapy days
