Position : Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding/swallowing difficulties in children.
Develop age-appropriate, individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy for conditions such as articulation delay, language delay, stuttering, autism-related communication issues, and developmental speech disorders.
Use play-based and child-friendly therapy techniques to keep children engaged.
Educate and guide parents/caregivers on home-based support strategies and carryover activities.
Collaborate with pediatricians, occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators for a holistic approach.
Monitor and document therapy progress and modify goals as needed.
Participate in child development screenings, workshops, and awareness programs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP).
Valid RCI registration (Rehabilitation Council of India).
Passion for working with children of all age groups.
Strong observational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Creativity, patience, and a child-friendly approach to therapy
