• ollow up on outstanding tasks allocated on the preboarding journeys for new starters and people managers such as, IT Equipment orders, emergency contact and banking information.

• oordinate early careers activities, including office visits and first-day arrangements.

• nsure onboarding tasks are completed by new starters and People Managers and provide support where required.

• ost first-week welcome calls and maintain new starter content on internal platforms.

• ct as a point of contact for peer partners queries.

nduction & Training

• espond to training-related queries and monitor completion reports.

• ddress training assignment issues and liaise with HSEQ for health and safety training.

• nsure new starters are invited to welcome events and attendance is recorded.

• roven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or employee lifecycle coordination.

• ood organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• xcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and professional approach to handling queries via phone, email, and chatbot.

• amiliarity with HR systems (e.g., Oracle) and other digital platforms.

• bility to manage sensitive information with discretion and maintain accurate records.

• omfortable hosting virtual welcome calls and liaising with stakeholders across teams and departments.
