Scrum Master with AEM exp

Key Responsibilities
- Verify team capacity and ensure ability to deliver in identified releases.
- Assign team members (SA, Developers) to enhancements and initiatives.
- Identify external dependencies, PICs, and define milestone dates.
- Track progress against planned milestones (Design playback, Dev completion, etc.).
- Identify risks, blockers, and drive resolution; escalate when needed.
- Liaise with subsidiaries, external systems, and DevOps teams.
- Collaborate with QA during SIT/BVT execution and defect prioritization.
- Assign defects to developers and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage Change Requests with subsidiaries and road mapping teams.
- Coordinate with Release Management and DevOps for code readiness and PC tickets.
- Ensure subsidiaries receive cutover instructions and release overview slides.
- Conduct handover sessions with AO teams.
- Support successful PVT completion with QA and subsidiaries.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum practices.
- Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle dependencies, risks, and escalations effectively.
- Hands-on experience with release management processes.
- Hands-on experience with E-Commerce domain .
- Excellent collaboration skills across QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
