SANPAR Industries, established in 1994 and headquartered in Bangalore, India, is a leading provider of thermal engineering solutions. With expertise in compressed air treatment, SANPAR offers products such as refrigeration and desiccant based compressed air dryers, compressed air filters, air/gas after coolers, moisture separators, and condensate management systems. SANPAR also specializes in water/oil/air chillers and industrial air conditioning systems, including dehumidifiers and precision air conditioners for sterile and environment control applications. The company actively participates in government projects related to Aerospace & Défense concepts.

Position Summary

The scope of this position involves understanding the Product requirements input from customers and convert it into technical specifications, Concept Design using Engineering calculations, Detailed Design using Electrical, Electronics and Controls Engineering knowledge and expertise, Component selections, give direction to design Engineering to convert the design into solid models, assemblies, subassemblies and drawings. Prepare the DFMEA and PFMEA, prepare verification and validation plan and execute it in collaboration with Application Engineer, Root cause analysis and improvement actions when technical challenges in design is faced, work with vendors to get the right components matching with our requirements, Prepare BOM, Coordinate the Design reviews in collaboration with Application Engineer.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Conversion of Customer requirements into Detailed design of Products

  2. Create verification and validation plan and ensure that final design is meeting the specifications

  3. Release of Technical specification and BOM

  4. Coordinate the Design Reviews and drive for conclusion

  5. Coordination with various stakeholders for timely completion of project meeting timeline

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  1. Bachelors' Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Masters in Mechatronics is an added advantage. Minimum two year of experience in similar industry is required.

  2. Proficiency and hands on Experience in Controls Engineering, control logic preparation/selections, basic experience in programming, experience in embedded software design is an added advantage

  3. Practical and theoretical knowledge of controls and automation tools, systems and components used in products – industrial products, consumer durables, aviation products etc

  4. Good Understanding of Certifications and Product Regulations

  5. Basic understanding of Root cause analysis and data analytics.

  6. Good Communication skills with assertiveness- vocal and written. Excellent Team player.
