Job Description :

  • As an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst you'll have the opportunity to deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs
  • May co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members
  • Opportunity to take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within your Global Trade Services specialty
  • Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests and projects meeting Service Level Agreements
  • Work with the business to analyse requirements, design and deliver solutions
  • Provide support for migration projects as and when required
  • Understand the business requirements and be able to translate it into solution framework / architecture
  • Opportunity to work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution
  • Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders
  • Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutionsWhat

We Need From You :You really must have :

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as an SAP Global Trade Services Functional Analyst
  • In depth understanding of SAP Global Trade Services and ability to analyse new requirements and implement any required systems changes
  • Ability to work closely with Business Stakeholders to review change requirements, seen as the SAP Global Trade Services Subject Matter Expert
  • Previous experience of working with ticketing system (Service
