Role: Admission Officer
As an Admission Officer, you will play a key role in driving the institution's growth by contributing to student acquisition and revenue generation. Your core responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales Targets:
Contribute to revenue generation by achieving individual sales targets for admissions and course enrollments.
- Sales & Promotion:
Promote, upsell, and cross-sell the organization's exclusive range of educational programs to both existing and prospective students.
- Lead Conversion:
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-up, ensuring achievement of assigned targets.
- Student Information Management:
Maintain and update accurate student data in the CRM system for seamless lead management and follow-ups.
- Training & Development:
Participate in regular training sessions focused on product knowledge and sales skills to continually enhance performance and exceed targets.
- Compliance & Process Adherence:
Ensure strict compliance with all internal processes, policies, and documentation requirements.
Requirements for Success:
- Strong ability to engage with students and parents with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and CRM/sales-related software.
- Fluency in both English and the regional language.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
