You will be responsible for driving the company's marketing initiatives to support sales objectives and brand growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on marketing expertise across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
    to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads.
  2. Monitor campaign performance
    , identify effective channels, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  3. Manage CRM and client engagement
    through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building until conversion.
  4. Oversee digital marketing activities
    including social media management, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and Google My Business optimization.
  5. Create and curate engaging content
    for social media, website, and promotional videos to enhance audience reach and interaction.
  6. Conduct market research
    to identify trends, analyze competitors, and explore opportunities for new products or markets.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and correspondence teams
    to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and client communications.
  8. Track and report analytics
    across platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, campaign metrics) to assess performance.
  9. Manage and grow professional networks
    through LinkedIn outreach and industry connections.
  10. Maintain and update marketing databases and records
    , ensuring accurate lead tracking and organized documentation.
  11. Coordinate participation in exhibitions or marketing events
    , supporting visibility and brand engagement.
  12. Evaluate and recommend tools or technologies
    that enhance marketing efficiency and automation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience

    retail or fashion industry
    .

  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing, CRM systems, analytics, and lead generation.
