We are currently hiring for the role of
Category Head / Assistant Category Head.
This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic sales professionals to thrive in a fast-paced media environment, work with diverse clients, and drive meaningful impact through strategic advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a sales team and drive revenue generation through strategic space selling within the assigned category.

  2. Identify and tap into new business opportunities and unexplored market segments.

  3. Develop and execute innovative advertising solutions tailored for major accounts.

  4. Strategically grow and manage client relationships to ensure consistent business growth.

  5. Expand market share by acquiring new clients and unlocking fresh revenue streams.

  6. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong on-ground engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or similar sectors.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for results and growth.

  • Good understanding of media and advertising trends.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
