About The Team

About The Role

• 5+ years implementing Workday Recruiting, with functional knowledge of recruiting business processes (e.g., sourcing, candidate management, interviewing, offer management, onboarding).
• Some understanding of Workday Recruiting configuration options and best practices. Certification in Recruiting a strong plus.
• Experience in solving problems and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions.
• Implementation experience including issue management, communication and change management.
• Ability to analyze challenges, respond independently, and communicate effectively.
• Experience with agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence).
• Customer service oriented. Previous customer-facing role, a strong plus.
• General understanding of HR data management principles and data privacy regulations.
• Good interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.

• Experience with other Workday modules is a plus.
