Roles & Responsibilities – Counter Boy (Chai Nagri)

  • Customer Service & Order Handling
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders at the counter.
  • Ensure accuracy in order entry and billing.
  • Handle cash, card, and online transactions efficiently.
  • Product Knowledge & Upselling
  • Maintain good knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and add-ons.
  • Suggest combos, offers, or new items to customers.
  • Inventory Management
  • Assist in daily stock checking and maintain proper records.
  • Inform the manager about low stock and requirements.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
  • Operations Support
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order flow.
  • Monitor packaging quality for takeaways and deliveries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter area.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Report daily sales, stock usage, and wastage to the outlet manager.
  • Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations.
  • Preferred Background
  • Candidates with experience in F&B, QSR, or café outlets will be preferred.
  • Should be adaptable, quick in learning, and customer-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
