About the role:

This is a full-time, on-site learning and execution role where you will be an integral part of our Product and Engineering teams. Your primary focus will be on mastering
Test Automation
and gaining a deep, working knowledge of the
K-12 educational assessment domain
.

  • Test Case Creation & Execution:
    Design, develop, and execute detailed
    test cases
    and test plans (functional, regression, smoke) to cover new features and existing product functionality.
  • Automation Focus:
    Gain hands-on experience and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of our
    Test Automation Frameworks
    using industry-leading tools (Cypress/Selenium).
  • Functional Testing & UAT:
    Perform rigorous
    Functional Testing
    and support
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    to validate that the platform meets design specifications and user needs.
  • Product Ownership Mindset:
    Think critically from the user's perspective (students, teachers, administrators) to identify potential issues and propose creative solutions and improvements.
  • Performance & API Testing:
    Support testing efforts for
    API reliability
    (using tools like Postman) and assist in
    Load Testing
    to ensure the platform scales robustly for hundreds of thousands of users.

What are we looking for:

This role is ideal for
fresh graduates (BCA/B.Tech preferred)
or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager for a foundational break in
Software Testing
and
Product Ownership
.

Core Requirements:

  • Educational Background:
    A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or Technology (B.Tech) is preferred.
  • Technical Aptitude:
    Foundational knowledge of testing methodologies and strong
    problem-solving skills
    .
  • Automation Familiarity (Critical):
    Practical or theoretical knowledge of one automation framework (e.g.,
    Cypress
    or
    Selenium
    ).
  • API & Performance Exposure:
    Familiarity with concepts and tools for
    API testing
    (e.g.,
    Postman
    ) and
    Load Testing
    (e.g., K6), or a keen willingness to learn them quickly.
